我在上篇的无毒之家说到，我2026年最大的一个举动，就是把很多用品都换成了有安全的、健康的成分，不让身体吸收一堆化学成分和塑料颗粒。无毒止汗剂也是我改进的一部分，这在夏天和健身房里，但我们挥汗如雨的时候，不希望有毒的化学成分被我们的皮肤吸收。

一般店里买的止汗剂即使标明了健康，但一般就是只是aluminum- free，但还有很多不好的成分的。我用的Curie止汗剂和 Attitude的止汗剂这两种，成分更干净，味道也不错，不会在衣服上留有痕迹，是很好的代替品，都是Bobby和EWG通过的。

此外，比较出名的还有Little Farm止汗剂和另一款含有镁成分的止汗剂，成分都很健康。 我以前还用过一种全有机的，也很好，但太贵了，所以不推荐了。

In my previous post about creating a "non-toxic home," I mentioned that my biggest move in 2026 has been swapping out everyday products for those with safe, healthy ingredients. The goal is to stop my body from absorbing a cocktail of chemicals and microplastics. Switching to a non-toxic deodorant has been a key part of this shift—especially during the summer or at the gym when we’re sweating heavily and the last thing we want is our skin absorbing toxic substances.

Most store-bought deodorants claim to be "healthy" just because they are aluminum-free, but they often still contain plenty of other harmful ingredients. I’ve personally switched to Curie and Attitude. Their ingredients are much cleaner, they smell great, and they don’t leave marks on your clothes. Both are excellent alternatives and are approved by Bobby (Bobby Approved) and the EWG.


Additionally, two more brands are also well-reviewed for their healthy ingredients, Little Farm and a deodorant with magnesium.


I used to use a fully organic brand that was also fantastic, but the price tag was just too high, so I wouldn’t recommend it over these options.
