10- Minute Naked Make-up | 10分钟极简裸妆

我是黄皮有瑕疵，不花点淡妆气色不好看。但我化妆只追求简洁和高效，就是均匀一下肤色和微微遮瑕就行了，力求10分钟内一定搞定一个简单的上班装。我是混和皮肤，两颊干，夏天T区会出一点油。下面是我的简单步骤，所用的产品基本都是大浪淘沙留下便宜好用的， 不脱妆。

1. 打底和防晒霜。用纯花水打湿100%纯棉化片清洁皮肤，鼻翼周围多过一下。用一点点成分极为简单的lotion 滴上1-2滴高浓度的维C，在全脸均匀抹开吸收，要化妆就不要加上其他的精油，容易起皮。然后上防晒霜SPF40，粉底液的那点防晒不够的。

这时候，可以先去换上上班的衣服或梳头发，让第一步沉淀一下。

2. 上粉底液。这是化妆最重要的一步。我用过无数的粉底液，便宜的贵的，家里还有好几只，但没想着便宜的Missha BB Cream竟然是最爱，不分皮肤类型，黄皮的选23号，白皮的选21号。我用的是黄皮23 号，一定一定先要用一个平头刷子刷开在脸上才服帖 ，很多人包括我都觉得，平头刷比圆头刷子好用太多了。 然后可以用附带的垫子轻轻地按压一下服帖。

这个Missha粉底液遮瑕度中等，不多不少，和黄皮很贴合。开始上妆的时候其实一般，但是几个小时后，皮肤有了一点点冒油后，皮肤倒通透有光泽起来，所以我时常觉得我下班时候的皮肤很好，就是那种似有似无的裸妆。


我还有CPB的定妆乳液，夏天在粉底液前用挺好的，但不知道为啥我秋冬天用会起皮，可能是皮肤容易干。又很贵，所以不推荐了。

3.上遮瑕。上好粉底后，我会用上另一个必备：三色遮瑕膏-01 Netural，这也是大浪淘沙后留下的。

1）粉色的用细小的刷子遮黑眼圈。

2）深色的用手指抹在晒斑和痘印上， 这个深色的也是用个小刷子点压在泪沟边界线上。这两处都得是“黑遮黑”，其实这个深色已经比脸上的晒斑和痘印浅一点了。 千万不要用浅色的粉底液或遮瑕膏去遮盖，这是我看了很多YouTube，从高手那里学来的。


3) 亮色的分别涮在脸部几处，见上面的主图片。


4.修容。不加这一步，我们亚裔不够立体的脸会很扁平，特别是鼻根。我用一个几块钱的修容笔就搞定，在鼻子和眼窝之间化C（不要像上面图片那样整个鼻根都垂直化2杠），鼻尖那里化V收紧鼻头，鼻子真的立起来了好多，然后两脸颊底部下颚线的地方涂上几笔（见上图的右边），拿刷子全部都晕开。

修容这一步弄不好会显脏，多看YouTube学习一下， 很有提升的效果。


5. 定妆。中号刷子或粉扑轻点上健康成分的散粉（loose powder) 定妆，我觉得固定的粉（pressed powder）反而比较吃妆和死板。全脸喷上空气定妆喷雾，这一步很重要，而且产品质量厚重、油腻、轻薄不同，不要省去。

6. 口红。Revlon 很出名的525 wine色特别合适黄皮 （没有图片那么亮），而且很滋润很，媲美我以前用过的几款大牌口红，我买了5根分别放在家里、办公室里、包里、健身包里和车里，就怕自己没涂口红。因为就算不化妆，一只好口红也能立马精神起来，连爱用养生产品的我，都闲置了我的100%纯小蜜蜂口红了(我只在周末用了，它有健康成分但容易脱色不合适上班； 选Blimming Berry 合适黄皮）。

我不化眼妆，有时就用手指粘点口红涂在眼尾和做腮红，15秒。


7.卸妆。不管化不化妆，只要用了防晒，我把La Roche Posay的卸妆油倒在Olay的清洁纸巾上，这两个绝配，比用化妆棉好。晕开后清洗全脸和脖子，清水冲洗，就可以很干净了。

8. 化妆刷不要整那些10多件的，用不上，弄个好的7件套化妆刷加上前面说的的平头粉底液刷子，配上一个化妆刷洗洁器，够用一辈子了，太省力了。

我如何做到10分钟内能化好一个裸妆上班的？不停地看YouTube，选出合适自己的几样（比如我平时省掉了眼妆），反复练习，最后就在10分钟内搞定了。我最喜欢大佬甜er的教学，不要最求她的完美，学会她的一点技巧就行了，而且我特喜欢这姐们的爽脆性格。

My 10-Minute Efficient Morning Routine for Yellow-Toned/Combination Skin

I have a warm, yellow undertone with some imperfections, so I look a bit tired without a touch of makeup. My goal is strictly efficiency: evening out skin tone and light concealing. I’ve refined this routine to under 10 minutes using "holy grail" affordable products that stay put all day.

The Steps:

1. Prep & Sunscreen I start by wiping my skin with 100% cotton pads soaked in pure floral water, focusing on the sides of the nose. I apply a simple lotion mixed with 1-2 drops of high intensity Vitamin C.


Tip: Avoid heavy face oils before makeup to prevent peeling/pilling. Finally, I apply SPF 40 sunscreen; the SPF in foundation is never enough.

While the skincare settles, I get dressed or style my hair. This allows the base layers to sink in.

2. Foundation (The MVP: Missha BB Cream) I’ve tried everything from high-end to drugstore, and Missha BB Cream is my absolute favorite. I use Shade 23 (Shade 21 is better for fair skin).

• The Key: You must use a flat-top foundation brush to buff it in for a seamless finish—it works MUCH better than a round brush.
  
  
  

• Follow up by lightly pressing with a cushion puff. It looks decent at first, but after a few hours when your natural oils mix in, it becomes glowing and translucent. It’s that "your skin is better" look by the end of the workday.
  
  

3. Concealing (Triple Palette - 01 Neutral). After foundation, I use a three-color concealer palette:

• Pink/Salmon: Use a small brush for dark circles.
  
  

• Dark Shade: Use a finger for sunspots/acne marks, and a small brush to "stipple" it onto the boundary of the tear trough. Pro Tip: Don't use light shades to cover dark spots; use a shade slightly darker or similar to the spot to neutralize it.
  
  

• Light Shade: Highlight specific high points of the face.
  
  

4. Contouring To add dimension to Asian features, I use a budget-friendly contour stick. Apply a C-shape between the bridge of the nose and the eye socket (avoid drawing two straight vertical lines down the entire bridge). Create a V-shape at the tip of the nose to slim and refine it, then apply a few strokes along the jawline at the base of both cheeks, blend thoroughly with a brush to make a natural look.

5. Setting the Look I prefer loose powder applied with a medium brush or puff; I find pressed powder can look too heavy or "cakey." Finish with an airbrush setting spray. This step is vital for longevity, so don't skip it!

6. The Perfect Lip (Revlon Super Lustrous - 525 Wine With Everything) This shade is a miracle for yellow undertones—it’s moisturizing and looks high-end. I keep five tubes scattered everywhere (home, office, gym bag, car). Even on no-makeup days, this lipstick instantly brightens my complexion.

• Note: I’ve even sidelined my healthy Burts Bees lipstick (except on weekends) because this stays put better for work.
  
  

• Multitasking: I don't do eye makeup; I just dab a bit of this lipstick on the outer corners of my eyes and cheeks as blush. Takes 15 seconds.
  
  

7. Removal Whether I wore full makeup or just sunscreen, I use La Roche-Posay Cleansing Oil on Olay 2-in-1 Daily Facial cloths. This combo is superior to standard cotton pads. Massage, rinse with water, and the face/neck are perfectly clean.

8. Tools You don't need a 10-piece set. A solid 7-piece brush set plus a flat-top foundation brush and a brush cleaner machine will last a lifetime.

How do I manage to finish a "no-makeup" look for work in under 10 minutes? By constantly watching YouTube, picking out a few steps that work for me (for instance, I usually skip eye makeup), and practicing repeatedly until I nailed it. My favorite make-up Youtuberis Dalaotianer.
